What's the price of this programme?

I want to change things but life is busy. How much time do I need for this?
This programme is designed to deliver a powerful, positive shift in your life while taking up as little of your time as possible. Although you deserve to take as much time as you like, most people find that just a few hours a month is all that's needed. I do a lot of the heavy lifting for you!
What's your role as my coach?

Not only will we work together regularly, I’ll be putting in the hours between sessions too. While you practice what we talk about, I’ll be working behind-the-scenes; investigating your charts, planning our next steps and delivering remote energetic support.
How much will I change?

Where and when do calls take place?
Calls are all on Zoom or the telephone, depending on your location. I suggest spacing them out twice a month, then if you need more or less support, you can adjust. You can pre-book calls between 10am and 4pm, Tuesdays and Thursdays, with a later option on Wednesdays. My time is booked on a first-come, first-serve basis. We'll agree a rough schedule beforehand, but this is flexible - life happens!
Sometimes it’s difficult to invest in ourselves, especially when we’ve been ignoring our needs for so long. Whether it’s time, money or energy, making that commitment tells the universe “I’m worth it!” and that, my friend, is the beginning of your new chapter!
